    "Count Bernstorff" is Johann Heinrich von Bernstorff.

    "C/U of middle-aged man with moustache (Dr Dumba?)" - no, that's von Berstorff.

    "C/U of older man (Count Bernstoff?)" - no, that's Dumba.

    "Note: it is not clear which is Dr Dumba and which is Count Bernstoff" - it is now!
