    DR. BANDA ARRIVES IN ENGLAND

Dr. Hastings Banda (Prime Minister of Malawi) who after waving to crowd, leaves on airport bus. CU. Dr. Banda and others descending stairs. Various shots, crowd milling about outside airport, holding placards saying, "Welcome Dr. Banda", "End Federation Now", etc. CUs. as Dr. Banda leaves by car.
