Full titles read: "DON SESTA and his Troubadours in a fascinating 'Rumba' - Corcovado !"

L/S's and M/S's of the band leader Don Sesta (could possibly be spelt Sestes) playing the maracas and the rest of the band playing a variety of instruments including the violin and the accordion. His name was indeed spelled "Sesta" rather than "Sestes." He was my grandfather, my mother's father, and if I remember her stories correctly, the costumes were meant to be Argentinian-looking rather than Spanish.
