  • The aircraft is a Savoia-Marchetti S.55 double-hulled flying boat, named "Santa Maria".

    "A group in military dress walk towards camera - two men pose and smile - one is probably the Marquis" - the Marquis Francesco de Pinedo is the shorter man seen centre of picture at 00:51.
