    M/S of comedian Tommy Handley hiding behind a tree, he comes out then takes his hat off and smiles to the people gathered around the new youth centre. He opens it and beckons the children inside. M/S as he comically defines a cricket match to a group of boys. M/S's of the young boys listening. Tommy greets Constable Hood who had the idea for the centre. He cracks a few jokes and they walk off arm in arm.

    The soundtrack for this clip is nothing but a loud bleep.

    "Constable Hood" referred to is Jack Hood.

    This clip is duplicated, (except without the bleep), in clip 3461.05.
