    Titles read: "DISASTERS IN JAPAN".

Various shots of destruction after severe storms have swept across Japan. Fallen trees lie across streets and cars, brief shot of the flooded railway station, wrecked buildings lie like piles of timber on the ground, fallen telegraph poles and lines.

In Yokohama harbour we see wharfs jammed with floating timber. People travel down a flooded street in a small boat; others wade through flooded buildings and streets. Pan across the Orient Liner ship Chitrel that broke from her moorings and crushed a small Japanese boat against the concrete wharf. Several shots of the wreckage of two civilian planes that crashed together in mid-air and burst into flames. Naval and military men stand looking at the smoking debris. Brief shots in a hospital; people fan themselves and a man has his head bandaged.

Verbal warfare at its best. Here are some of history's greatest retorts and snarling insults. These people certainly didn't mince their words!
