    Thought to be Selected Originals from late 1940s material.

    A short trailer film warning about the dangers of diphtheria.

    A sad looking man walks out of an Isolation Hospital. A young boy asks him the time.

    Fade to man showing his watch to his young baby. He and his wife are discussing getting the child vaccinated against diphtheria. They decide the baby is too young.

    VS good shots of mother caring for the growing child. The soundtrack features the parents constantly putting off getting the baby immunised.

    CU of mother looking at child in cot - the child is apparently ill. MS in hospital with doctor saying 'We've done everything we can' and the parents turning away with the mother crying.

    MS of father standing outside the hospital. Slow zoom into held out pocket watch as voiceover gives advice to get all children immunised.
