    M/S as a coach and horses drives past a hotel with the cricket team on the back, they wave their hats as they pass. M/S of women in crinolines and bonnets, and men in waistcoats and top hats. M/S as players are helped down from the coach. M/S as the camera pans across the players. M/S as two men take snuff as they walk down a line of ladies who curtsey, various other players pass. M/S as one man prepares to bat, various shots as they bat, the camera pans over the fielders. They are still wearing their old fashioned clothes and top hats.
