Pan to Toto the Clown standing by plaque. GV Toto unveils the plaque. CU The plaque, "This is the site of the first circus ring formed by Philip Asterly in 1769. From here the circus spread throughout the world. Presented by Billy Smart's Circus and the Circus Fans Association in November 1969, on the 200th anniversary of the circus ring". Camera pans to Toto, and Toto's hair stands on end. SV circus personalities applauding. LV circus personalities jump around. Top shot as they walk round in a ring.

    "Philip Asterley" should read Philip Astley.

    "Circus personalities grouped round plaque." - amongst them is Yasmine Smart, granddaughter of Billy Smart.
