    No titles. Cigarette Holder.

    Location of events unknown - London?

    A man in overcoat and tin helmet lights a cigarette in a small holder. Commentator mentions that "the lighted end of a gasper" can be dangerous in the blackout, so we see the man fitting his cigarette and holder into a metal tube with several tiny tubes coming off it. He takes a puff on the cigarette and the smoke comes out of the small tubes, with the lit end safely inside.
