This is an ancient city of Wangcheng reproduced in Elstree's MGM studio as a set for the film Inn of the Sixth Happiness. M/S of four people (among them Freddie Young, the cameraman) carrying a camera across the set to find the correct position for shooting of the execution scene. As they carry the camera, many extras, some in uniforms, some civilians can be seen around.

Camera concentrates on Ms Bergman who is suppose to run in panic. Great shot of Ms Bergman running in fear and panic towards Freddie Young. Panic on her face transforms into a great smile as she runs into his arms - fantastic hug!
