    Full titles read: "OUR FAMOUS FELIX THE CAT - Is going to the Chelsea Arts Ball on New Year's Eve and Students of the Royal College of Art say "he is going .... up to his tricks too !

    L/S's of people in a variety of fancy dress costume, walking down street in procession pulling a large model of Felix the Cat behind them.

    Intertitle reads: "CHELSEA ARTS CLUB BALL - His Satanic Majesty and Satellites - will give Revellers 'a warm time'."

    Various group shots of students in numerous grotesque masks and fancy dress costumes. One student at the top centre appears to be dressed as the devil ! The rest of the group turn and raise their hands at their leader several times.

    M/S pan from right to left giving more detailed luck at some of the weird and wacky costumes. Several C/U's of some of the students taking off their masks (in some cases they look more scary without their masks !). C/U of student dressed as the devil, he moves his arms around in a menacing manner and grins in a scary way !
