M/S of a miniature boxing ring, a sizeable adult audience sits around it. Two little boys (one could be a midget) enter the ring, they are followed by their coaches who help them take off their robes. The referee introduces the boys one at a time, they stand and bow to the audience. C/U of Baby Victor in his corner - he makes a ferocious fighting stance by holding his gloves up to the camera.
M/S of the ring as the boys start to fight. They return to their corners. C/U of Baby Victor being fanned with a towel by his coach and sipping from a bottle of water. M/S of more fighting. Baby Victor knocks Tiny Douglas to the floor. Tiny Douglas struggles to get up but collapses before the ref's count is out - Baby Victor is declared the winner and Douglas is dragged away.
C/U of the two boy boxers, Victor is presented with his trophy. The two boys shake hands and give each other a kiss.
Note: The boxing is very obviously staged. This is an unusual Gazette story - it has a more structured editing than most stories from this time.
