    Cardiff, Wales.

    Start of the FA (Football Association) Cup 4th round football match between Cardiff City and Barnsley. LV. Kick off. Barnsley kick off and Edgar pushes the ball out to the left wing. Robert McCann receives and starts a move going. LV. McCann tries a long shot at a goal from the left wing. Ball lands on top of the Cardiff crossbar and goes behind. CU. Man holds his head in crowd. SV. Barnsley attacking again. Kaye centres the ball in front of the Cardiff goal where McCann receives and shoots at the goal again. Malloy heads it clear but not very far. Edgar shoots at goal and the ball goes over the sprawling goalkeeper Graham Vearncombe. Vearncombe manages to gather it safely in his arms quite near the goal line. He gets up and starts to run with the ball to clear up-field. LV. Hough waiting in his goal. LV. Hitchens is racing through after shaking off Sharpe, he runs and shoots at goal. Hough tips a beautiful shot over the bar. GV. Crowd in stand. Half time score 0-0. LV. Hitchens with the ball on the right wing, attacking the Barnsley goal. He beats Swift, runs in towards the goal and shoots but Hough gathers it safely and throws up-field. LV. As Chappell comes racing through with the ball. He is tackled by Malloy and loses the ball temporarily, but he comes back and hooks past Malloy. Malloy turns and Chappell beats him again and starts to run towards the Cardiff goal. He centres but there is no one in front of the Cardiff goal. Edgar, the closest, cannot get to it, and it rolls to Cardiff player. CU. Woman in crowd with open mouth. GV. Cardiff goal mouth. This is after a corner was taken - the ball bounces towards Bartlett who shoots and the ball sails into the Cardiff goal - great goal! Pan to the cheering crowd. Final score Barnsley 1, Cardiff City 0.
