    L/S as altar boys and clergymen walk up steps at shipyard, and along the platform M/S of the bishop reading from a paper, various shots as he throws incense onto the submarine before it is launched. M/S as two men talk to each other, they are stood next to a lady carrying flowers. M/S as the submarine slides down the ramp into the sea. L/S of it in the water, pan across to name 'O'Brien' on side, there are smaller boats in the foreground.
