This seems to be part of a longer travelogue - perhaps to attract people to visit Canada - probably made by Canadian Pacific Railways. Only this reel found so far.

Skyscrapers, municipal buildings, cross on a hill, statue on top of a high column, cathedral, large building flying a British Union Jack, statue.
L/S of a procession - possibly in front of a town hall. Various people process including clergymen, soldiers, marching military band, nursery nurses (?), Catholic priests, large building with turrets festooned with bunting, fountain in a park, busy city street, war memorial, high angle shot of city street, skyscrapers and rooftops.
L/S of children playing by an outdoor swimming pool - lido. M/S of children playing in an ornamental garden, they toss stones into a pond. L/S of cars travelling down a suburban street. In a city street a policeman stands in the road directing traffic. Good C/U of policeman turning around a traffic sign then beckoning forward a tram.
L/S of a large bridge spanning a river. Various shots of the fast flowing river. Three men in silhouette sit on a balcony and watch the water. Continued on 3301.02.
