  • This clip's current date range is incorrect. The correct range is post-war, 1945-49.

    The location is Berlin. That can be determined by the damaged building in the background at 00:25, which is the Kaiser Wilhelm Gedachtniskirche. Confirmation of that can be gained from the attached image.....
