Item title reads - Bravest of the brave. Royal National Lifeboat Institution awards lifeboatmen's "V.C." to gallant "heroes of the stormy seas." London.
M/S of the lifeboatmen lined up in their waterproof coats and hats. CU of two of them stood together. C/U of one of the men.
