    Wembley, London. Rugby League - Cup Final Bradford Northern vs Halifax.

    GV Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh and officials meeting the Bradford team. SV Duke of Edinburgh shaking hands with Bradford players. GV Packed stadium. MV Duke of Edinburgh meeting Halifax team. MV Crowd.

    MV D Ward. No 7 kicks off for Bradford Northern. Ball sails through air, hit ground and is pounced on by Bradford's F Whitcombe and a Halifax player who wins ball. MV Crowd sitting down. MV Scrummage, Ball loose Halifax Player who passes back to another, who runs forward. MV Crowd sits down. LV Back healing (lead up to next scene.) LV Towards ball kicked forward chased and caught by Bradford's E Batten, who races forward and scores try after outpacing two Halifax men. GV Crowd applauding. GV Bradford's first try converted by E Ward. Ball goes between posts. GV Crowd.

    2nd Half.

    SV Scrimmage. Ball to Bradford's D Ward. who punts forward. Caught by A Daniels. (Halifax) who is brought down by P Foster. (Bradford ) Ball to P. Reid, who is sat on by V Darlison. They swing blows but team mates restrain them. MV Disapproving crowd. LV Towards Bradford three-quarter movement. Final Pass. Player dashes forward, drops ball chases it, dives on it. He goes head over heels but ball slips from his grasp and goes out of play. LV Crowd standing up and applauding. MV T Foster (Bradford) back heels to D Ward who passes to K Traill who runs forward. GV Crowd rising. LV T Foster (Bradford) across try. GV Crowd cheering. MV 2nd try converted by D Ward. GV Applauding crowd.

    SV Duke of Edinburgh presents Cup to E Ward. GV Applauding crowd. MV Towards Ward holding Cup aloft.
