High angle shot of a chimpanzee "Pepe" in a boxing ring. Another chimp sits outside the ring on a high chair. A man dressed as a referee approaches Pepe and takes out a small bat hidden in his dressing gown. M/S of chimp in the other corner. There is a girl chimp dressed as a nurse sitting beside the ring. The refs goes to check the gloves of the other chimp - Billy. Pepe starts hitting the referee. The nurse chimp sticks her tongue out at the referee. Ref. helps Pepe to take his dressing gown off, nurse "Janet" does the same for the other chimp. "Why do these women always interfere?" asks the narrator.

High angle shot of two young chimpanzees sitting at a desk. One holds a small hand bell. The other claps his hands. High angle shot of the chimps fighting. The two young chimps applaud. The referee is named: William Lenz of Holland. Various shots of the fight - they aren't hitting each other very hard - they are playing really. One of the young chimps gets very excited and jumps up onto the table. The chimps go into the corners and hang on to the ropes. Janet puts towels over Billy. In the corner "Bobo" gives Pepe some tips. Janet squeezes a sponge full of water over Billy's head.

The "timekeepers" watch. More action in the ring. C/U of Janet sticking out her tongue. More fighting and applause. Pepe falls over and lays on his back. The "timekeepers" get very excited. Janet and "Dr Bobo" come and check Pepe out. Billy is led into the middle of the ring and a banana is put in his mouth. The referee holds his hand up in the air as the champion.
