No title. Story about giant electrical transformers. Picture quality is very poor.
M/S of a man at work suspended by a chain tapping the end of a piece of machinery (presumably a transformer). Dissolve into a high angle of the electricity plant. Good dolly shot moving across the roof of the plant looking down. C/U of hand holding a piece of equipment. This shot is badly decomposed and may be removed and junked.
"In our highly insulated big friend, 60 miles of wire transform 6,600 volts input into a peak pressure of 1,500,00 volts! (Which almost reproduces the effects of lightning on insulators, etc.)" M/S of two men walking beside huge machinery. "And when the peak is reached, with an ear-splitting roar 1,500,000 volts jump the 10-foot spark gap...and any other point to earth." C/U of the insulator with large sparks crackling between the top and bottom. Various shots of sparks being produced. Electricity. End of story is decomposing.
