  • "Bill Hayley" in title, text and tags should read Bill Haley.

    Note that the clip is running at double speed.

    The sight of some German wording at 00:44 suggests that the location is therefore Germany. Haley toured Germany in 1958, during which time there were riots (like the one pictured here) at several venues.

    I suggest, then, that the correct date range for this clip is 1958. Certainly the clip's current date range of 60-69 appears inaccurate, given Haley's relatively youthful appearance here.
