    Full titles read: "BARNET FAIR - popular in Pepy's Day - still going strong!"

    L/S's of numerous horses and ponies. Some are standing in line while other are being paraded by their owners, crowds mingle in the background. L/S of people riding past on horseback. Several shots of a man trying to control a very distressed looking horse which he holds onto with long rope. The horse rears and tries to pull away a number of times, while the crowds look on.
