Packed enclosure, veteran cars arriving. SCU. Harry Austin, brother of the late Lord Herbert Austin and Sir Leonard Lord, current Austin's chief, unveil Jubilee plaque. CU. Plaque, pan down to Harry Austin and Sir Leonard Lord as they pull rope, pan up to 50 feet to covering of plaque. SCU. Spectators. CU. Man turning starting handle of 1904 veteran car in obstacle race. He runs round and jumps in driver's seat. SCU. 1910 veteran car competing in obstacle race, feet passenger leans out and throws coin into bucket which is standing on course. CU.
