    "Mr Winant" is John Gilbert Winant.

    "General Malony" is Harry J Malony.

    "Commander Biesemeier" is Harold Biesemeier.

    "Mr Fahy" is Charles Fahy.

    "C/U of document" - we see that the document is countersigned on behalf of the United Kingdom by Lord Cranborne and Lord Moyne - presumably both of these men are visible during the clip?
