    Athletic meeting in U.S.A.

    L/S aerial shot as the athletes set off for 100 metres final in inter-college track. M/S as Johnson pulls into the lead but damages a tendon and has to stop, leaving Anderson to win. M/S of Johnson being supported and limping, he looks in a lot of pain. Keith Brown, the Yale Captain, sets a new pole vault record of 14 feet 5 and 1/8 inches. C/U of him grinning afterwards. L/S as five men compete in a hurdle race, M/S as Cope wins.
