  • Description

    Blackheath, London. 30/07/1923 ?

Full title reads: At Long Last! Surrey - chiefly by "Percy" Fender's brilliant captaincy and "Bill" Hitch's demon bowling - beat Kent for first time at Blackheath.

Begins with shot of players leaving the field as there is a pitch invasion - no shots of the actual match.

Good shot of the crowd - all men. C/Us of some of the players. Looks like Jack Hobbs with Percy Fender and Bill Hitch.
