    At the Cenotaph, a line of clergymen parade. Wreaths are laid. L/S of the scene at the Cenotaph.
    Intertitle reads: "At the going down of the sun and in the morning we will remember them"
    M/S of the Royals as they approach. There are huge crowds. People march. M/S flowers and wreaths and women file past.
    Intertitle reads: " Vast audiences in Albert Hall and Hyde Park unite in singing the old songs in great Remembrance Festival - organised by the Daily Express in conjunction with the British Legion."
    M/S tree in silhouette, with a floodlight to one side. A conductor can be seen on a platform, leading a band and the singing crowds. M/S of the crowd singing, picked out in the floodlight.
    Intertitle reads: " In great City - in tiny Hamlet - wherever there has been raised a Memorial - they came to pay their tribute."
    M/S of a church in a country location, a procession of clergy make their way towards the church building and people bow their heads in prayer.
    Intertitle reads: "Back in Mons and aimed the graves of Comrades, 225 of the "old Contemptibles" pay their tribute. "
    M/S of a street in Mons, with a street parade. There is a banner with crossed rifles. A group of people stand in prayer at a memorial.
    Intertitle reads: "Prince Of Wales leads thousands of ex-servicemen and women in great torch light pilgrimage to the cenotaph."
    Soldiers, wearing busbies, march along. The Prince of Wales marches too, wearing medals. They are followed by a brass band and other people who carry torch lights, long twisted candles in the dark. They continue to march, and there is a final shot of the Cenotaph at night, with the flames of the torch light procession in front of it.
    Intertitle reads: "Thousands attend deeply impressive service in Birmingham"
    L/S high angle of crowds gathered in a square, standing in prayer. Mayors march with other dignitaries and a wreath is laid. Others walk up to a memorial with huge wreaths. There is a long procession of policemen and women.
