Begins with the intertitle: "Gone are the days when Eve figured as a slow-moving kind of frieze - (and froze!)" Women dressed in Greek tunics walk hand in hand on a cliff-top and dance. This elegance is contrasted with women on the sports field. "Today Eve is outstripping Adam in more senses than one" we are told.
Shots of a women's cross country running race. A sprint race is shown with women approaching the finishing line. "But is Eve running to the other extreme? Are her sports too strenuous?" Various shots of women competing in athletics races. Two women astride motorcycles. They race down a track waving their arms in the air then perform a stunt where one woman stands on the back of the motorcycle seat whilst the other woman drives the bike. Shots of the two women riding their bikes over rough terrain and across a road. A woman shot putter is watched by some spectators behind railings. Women athletes relax by the track. A woman discus thrower and long jumper show their abilities. The long jump is seen in slow motion. Intertitle reads, "But, somewhere in this wide world they still seek gracefulness". This is followed by a shot of the dancers on the cliff-top dancing in a circle.
