A woman emerging from an over sized book 'the Alphabet of Empire' with a placard around her neck which is A for Apple and she turns and the other side of her placard says New Zealand. WS. the audience. MS. a fortune teller seated at a table. WS. a game of water Polo taking place. MS. Girls in bathing costumes seated by the pool. LS. a girl demonstrating a perfect diving technique a larger woman then jumps into the pool creating a big splash. WS. guests seated on the lawns. LS. A woman in a summer frock walking along a line of flower pots placed on the grass. She reaches the end of the line and attempts to turn back but falls. MS. a woman wearing a fur wrap and with a handkerchief blindfold playing pin the tail on the donkey. MS. a man playing he almost succeeds. WS. the vicar (cigarette in mouth) playing a fishing game. MS. the vicar with the bottle of stout that he has caught. Some excellent footage of a very smart gathering, the footage around the swimming pool particularly good.
