  • Description

Intertitle: "'AQUAPLANING'. A seaside sport that requires nerve - and warm weather".

An item about an early form of water skiing.

M/S, taken from the back of the boat, of two men on a water scooter attached by rope to the boat. One of the men lifts both his legs and balances on his hands. M/S of one of the men sitting on the other's shoulders as they zip across the water, several large liners and cargo ships can be seen in the background.

Very dim / foggy aerial shot, the wing of an aeroplane sometimes comes into view. The shot is very shaky and blurred but the aeroplane seems to be passing over a river running through an urban area.
