    Various shots of soldiers from Territorial Unit demonstrating new type of antiaircraft gun on Horseguards Parade. The new artillery is fitted with device to make it swing around at speed - useful for shooting down aeroplanes. A crowd watches the demonstration, including Cabinet Minister and War Secretary, Leslie Hore Belisha (Hore-Belisha) and senior British Army Officers. Mr B. makes a speech to the camera standing in front of the gun. He explains this is one of the weapons to make Britain secure against aerial attack - it will be manned by Territorial Army.
