    Injured men on stretchers are carried across railway track by ambulance men. They are loaded onto a special train with doctors and nurses. An official stands by to watch this demonstration. More shots of casualties being loaded.

    At 00:22 we get a glimpse that this is an LMS train. It is therefore highly likely to be one of the LMS British Ambulance Trains used during WWII, and referred to here.....

    I think that the clip's current date range of 1930-50 can certainly be reduced to 1938-45.
