    Full titles read: "ABOLISH ALL TOLLS ! - Marquis of Bath - by the simple ceremony of cutting a tape - declares Bath Bridges free of tolls."

    M/S of the Marquis of Bath with other dignitaries (one looks like the mayor), large crowds stand in the background. L/S of the mayor giving speech, and handing the Marquis a large knife. L/S of the Marquis raising his hand and cuts the ribbon.

    L/S of procession through street, led by a man in robes in strange hat, he also holds up a very large sword. Numerous carnival style decorations can be seen hanging from buildings. C/U of plaque which reads: "FREED FROM TOLL 20TH DAY OF JUNE 1929."
