Full title reads: "Scotland. A whole city makes whoopee! Glasgow cheerfully suffer annual 'sack' by 5,000 'bandit' students in great Charity Rag."

    Glasgow, Scotland.

University students, many in fancy dress costumes, drive through the city on decorated lorries and vans. They shake tins at the people in the crowd to encourage them to give money.

A large parade led by bagpipers walks through the city centre. The walkers are followed by more decorated vans.
