    Cumberland (Cumbria). "And a real Tom Thumb engine...perfect in every detail..." High angle shot of passengers climbing into miniature railway carriages. Steam pours from the engine. "And now we're well on the 7 1/2 miles track between Ravenglass and Eskdale, one of Cumberland's beauty spots." High angle shot of the train travelling through countryside, the train passes underneath the camera.

    "Great railway this - anywhere is a station - and no platform tickets needed - " Nice shot of group of young women waving handkerchiefs as the train passes by. The passengers jump off the train when it stops. "Did we mention they've also closed carriages? No? Well...." M/S of group of women in mackintoshes and hats stepping onto the train. L/S of train pulling out of station. " Course, this is almost a Pullman affair and takes two engines..."

    High angle shot of the train passing under the camera. "Would you believe it - they've goods trains, too - !" High angle shot of the train pulling carriages laden down with logs and other cargo. M/S of the stationary steam engines. One moves off, pulling behind it a carriage laden down with coal.

    Issue number unknown but was probably Pathe Pictorial rather than Eve's Film Review.

    This was filmed in 1923, not 1933.
