    Crash occurred on 4 May 1949.

    Plane involved was a Fiat G.212CP.

    "Turino" should read Torino, the team being Torino F.C.

    Amongst those killed was Englishman Leslie Lievesley, a former player for Manchester United, Doncaster Rovers, Torquay United and Crystal Palace.
