Animals were a huge hit with the Pathe audience. Nothing pleased a cinema crowd in the Pathe era more than a trip to the zoo or a cuddly performing pet…

Animals featured; Polar Bears, Pelicans, Gorillas, Dogs, Seals, Ponies, Penguins, Deer, Horses, Bison, Antelopes, Monkeys, Rhinos, Lions, Mice, Donkeys, Elephants, Butterflies, Bears, Goats, Budgies, Squirrels, Foxes, Badgers, Parrots, Cats, Eagles, Rabbits, Sheep, Swans, Alligators, Kangeroos, Hares, Tigers, Leopards, Camels, Llamas, Walruses, Buffalo, Elks, Crabs, Minx, Turtles, Zebras, Tapirs, Giraffes, Cheetahs, and loads and loads of Chimps!

And down on the farm the usual menagerie of cattle, pigs, sheep, and horses.
