Various shots of women of the Acholi tribe as they dance the Dingi-dinga; a wedding tribal dance that wards off unhappiness. They wear ra-ra skirts and bra-tops, have bells on their ankles and feathers sticking out from their headbands.

A boat called The Murchison is seen travelling along the River Nile with numerous tourists sitting on the roof; they look through binoculars and take photographs of animals seen along the way; hippos (nice footage of a mother hippo with a baby) wallowing in the water; crocodiles lying on a sand bank with mouths wide open. Lovely shots of a man (Caucasian) fishing by the river; a waterfall, the Murchiston / Murchison Falls, is seen in the background. M/S of a line of people making their way to the falls by a dusty path by the river; several shots of the falls; they look quite fierce.

M/Ss of a car crossing the Uganda Equator line as it travels along a road. M/S of a Land Rover driving through the Queen Elizabeth National Park; it passes a sign reading 'Elephant [sic] Have Right of Way'. Several shots of elephants in the park; a few babies are seen. Various wildlife shots show lions, buffalo (? or wildebeests), antelopes (?), vultures sitting beside bones and remains of an animal.

African men are seen fishing on the river (Nile?) from primitive canoes. Nice L/Ss of pelicans on the river bank. L/S of a lake which commentator tells us is in the crater of an extinct volcano. Various stunning shots of the snow-capped Ruwenzori mountains.

M/S of an African man beating a drum beside a Christian church (possibly in the capital city, Kampala) as numerous children and adults file in. We then see Acholi tribesmen doing a war-dance, wearing feathered head-dresses and carrying large shields.
