The man has a ridiculous moustache (it looks completely false). After a few words from our commentator Basil Rathbone, they do a small dance step and become quiet.

01:01:09 Early street scenes - I think this is London - lots of horse drawn vehicles. Hansom cabs, and goods vehicles are on the road and lots of people are walking around. There are also some horse drawn buses.

01:01:57 Turn of the century Blackpool sea front. Blackpool tower can be seen in the back ground. Early tram travels along the sea front. Point of view shot from the top of an open top tram or trolley bus. Travelling along the front towards the Tower.
01:02:18 Paddle boat "Victoria" comes in to dock at flimsy looking gangplank. A man in sailor's garb walks out along the gangplank. The fore deck of the boat is packed with people. Shot along the side of the boat. Young child and women begin to disembark along the gangplank. They come onto a beach with small rowing boats on it.
