Pre-title reads: "In this third film of a new All-British Cartoon Series." Animation. A U.I.C. production featuring "Jerry the Troublesome Tyke".
Jerry opens a window and looks out. He holds a bag out of the window but it is so heavy that it falls to the ground and takes him with it. After shouting at a cartoon star that appears, Jerry puts the bag over his shoulder and walks around the corner of the house. He sees a policeman standing in the next road and goes back around the corner. While he is thinking about what to do, another policeman comes running around the corner. He falls over while chasing Jerry and "sees stars". Jerry squeezes through a hole in a fence. but the bag is too big to get through. He climbs over the top and tries to force it through. He then picks it up and throws it over the fence. He walks around the side of the fence - which he could have done in the first place. He walks off laughing. By a danger sign Jerry stands on a fence and topples over backwards on to what turns out to be a railway track. A train flashes past and a speech bubble saying "Help" appears. Jerry is hanging on to the front of the train.
We see Jerry on the front of the train superimposed on live action footage of scenery unfolding as a train moves along. The train enters a tunnel. White question marks appear and the words: "Oh Crikey!" Jerry looks a bit scared when the train emerges. The background changes back to animated rail tracks. Another train approaches, Jerry puts his head in his hands. There is a crash and Jerry and bits of the train fly up in the air. He falls back to earth, as does his booty which is revealed to be some metal trinkets stolen from the house. Suddenly a large piece of train engine falls on top of Jerry and his stolen items. We see Jerry with a bandaged head in a hospital bed. He shakes his head and says: "Resolved - that I will never, never steal again!"
