Elizabeth Growing Up
Here Princess Elizabeth is seven-years-old in 1933 and behaving impeccably whilst seated next to her mother. They are watching the dress rehearsal of the Aldershot Tattoo from the Royal Box at the Rushmore Arena.
In hindsight it is interesting to note how The Queen always demonstrated patience from a young age and interest in public events. Unlike others in her family tree who had shown a rebellious streak The Queen seemed born to reign.
