Doing the A-Ok sign
Watch out, the OK sign is NOT OK in Brazil. In Europe and North America, we use this hand gesture as a positive signal and to imply that everything is fine. However, in Brazil, Turkey and some Meditterrean countries, it is used to insult and it signifies vulgarity and sexual slurs. Even in France and Belgium, the gesture has negative connotations as it suggests someone is worthless.
